- DeepL lub MyMemory (automatyczne tłumaczenie publicznych wiadomości i postów: do tłumaczenia wysyłamy sam tekst, bez nicku i adresu e-mail).
Część tych podmiotów może przetwarzać dane poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym; odbywa się to na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych lub innych mechanizmów przewidzianych w RODO.
4. Twoje prawa
Masz prawo dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia oraz sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania opartego na prawnie uzasadnionym interesie. - the VPS provider hosting the website and the Server (processing on behalf of the controller);
- Valve (Steam: login and public profile data);
- YouTube / Google (only when you click a clip in the gallery: the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com);
- DeepL or MyMemory (automatic translation of public messages and posts: only the text is sent, without nick or e-mail).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, based on standard contractual clauses or other GDPR mechanisms.
