  2. Sprzedawcą i usługodawcą jest: [do uzupełnienia], [do uzupełnienia], e-mail: [do uzupełnienia] („Sprzedawca”).

§2. Oferta

  1. W Sklepie dostępne są: (a) BattlePass, czyli czasowy (7, 14 lub 30 dni) pakiet bonusów w grze, m.in. dodatkowe punkty doświadczenia, zdrowie, pancerz i model postaci; (b) VIP / uprawnienia na Serwerze, czyli czasowe uprawnienia przypisane do konta gracza; (c) XP, czyli jednorazowe zasilenie doświadczenia postaci w grze.

§3. Konto i wymagania techniczne

  3. Klient odpowiada za prawidłowość podanych danych i za zachowanie poufności swojego konta.

§4. Zamówienie i płatność

§8. Zasady korzystania

§9. Dane osobowe

Zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych opisuje Polityka prywatności.

  2. W sprawach nieuregulowanych stosuje się prawo polskie.

Wersja z dnia 2026-10-25.

§1. General

  1. These Terms govern the use of the online shop at quakestrike.com (the “Shop”) and the sale of digital services and content related to the Counter-Strike 1.6 server running the Quake 3 Arena Remake mod (the “Server”).
  2. The seller and service provider is: [to be completed], [to be completed], e-mail: [to be completed] (the “Seller”).
  3. A Customer may be an individual with full legal capacity or a minor acting with the consent of a legal guardian. A Consumer is a Customer who is an individual acting for purposes not directly related to their business or profession.

§2. Offer

  1. The Shop offers: (a) BattlePass, a time-limited (7, 14 or 30 days) bundle of in-game bonuses such as extra experience, health, armor and a character model; (b) VIP / Server privileges, time-limited privileges tied to the player account; (c) XP, a one-off experience top-up for the in-game character.
  2. The description, scope and price of each product are shown in the Shop. Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices; the Seller is not a VAT payer or is exempt where the law so provides.
  3. Products are digital services or content delivered in the game and on the Customer’s account, not on a physical medium. Virtual goods have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

§3. Account and technical requirements

  1. A purchase requires an account on the website linked to your game account with the ID key shown in the game (command /xp, option “Show my ID key”). VIP products require an account linked to Steam.
  2. You need a browser with JavaScript and session cookies, and Internet access.
  3. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for keeping the account secure.

§4. Orders and payment

  1. An order is placed by choosing a product, ticking the required consents and proceeding to payment. Placing an order means ordering with an obligation to pay.
  2. Payments are handled by the external provider Stripe (available methods depend on configuration, e.g. cards and BLIK). The Seller does not store payment card data.
  3. The sales contract is concluded when the payment is successfully received. Until payment, the order can be cancelled in the Shop.
  4. Discount codes apply under the terms shown with the code (validity, usage limit); unless stated otherwise they cannot be combined.

§5. Fulfilment

  1. After the payment is received the product is added automatically, usually within seconds. If the Customer is in the game at the time, a chat message is shown.
  2. If the Server is briefly unavailable, fulfilment takes place as soon as it is restored. Order status is shown under “Your orders” in the Shop.
  3. BattlePass and VIP duration counts from activation; buying while the service is active extends it by another period.

§6. Right of withdrawal

  1. A Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to paragraph 2.
  2. Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and to fully performed services if performance began with the Consumer’s express consent before the withdrawal period expired and the Consumer was informed of losing that right. Before paying, the Customer consents to immediate performance and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once performance has started.
  3. Where the right applies, a withdrawal statement can be sent by e-mail to [to be completed].

§7. Complaints

  1. The Seller is liable for the conformity of the supplied digital content or service with the contract as provided by law, including the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.
  2. Complaints can be sent by e-mail to [to be completed] with your nick, order number or date, and a description of the problem.
  3. The Seller replies within 14 days of receiving the complaint. If a product was not delivered through the Seller’s fault, it will be delivered or the amount paid will be refunded by the same method used for payment.

§8. Rules of use

  1. The Customer agrees to follow the Server and forum rules. Buying a product does not grant immunity from the rules that apply to all players.
  2. If an account or character is blocked for breaking the rules, unused services may expire; any Consumer claims are assessed individually under applicable law.

§9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

§10. Out-of-court dispute resolution

A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress methods, including mediation, the arbitration court at the Provincial Trade Inspectorate or the help of a county (city) consumer ombudsman. Information is available on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).

§11. Final provisions

  1. The Seller may amend these Terms for important reasons (e.g. a change of law or offer). Changes do not apply to orders placed before they are published on the website.
  2. Polish law applies to matters not covered here.
